언제봄 개인정보처리방침

언제봄(이하 "본 앱")은 이미 서로 아는 두 사람이 각자 가능한 시간을 고르면
둘의 시간이 겹치는 때를 찾아 주고, 약속과 추억을 함께 남기게 해 주는 앱입니다.
회원가입·로그인·계정이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호로 신원을 확인하지 않습니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 기기 토큰 — 앱을 처음 실행할 때 기기에서 만들어지는 무작위 문자열입니다.
서버에는 이 값의 해시(SHA-256)만 저장되며, 실명·이메일 등과 연결되지 않습니다.
- 언어와 시간대 — 화면 언어와 기기 시간대(예: Asia/Seoul)입니다.
서로 다른 시간대에 있는 두 사람의 시간을 정확히 맞추는 데 쓰입니다.
- 연결 정보 — 초대 코드로 연결된 두 기기의 관계입니다.
- 가능한 시간과 약속 — 직접 고른 가능한 시간대, 제안·수락한 약속 시각과 직접 적은 장소 이름·링크·메모입니다.
연결된 상대방에게 보입니다.
- 추억(사진·메모) — 직접 고른 사진 한 장과 메모입니다. 사진은 올리기 전에
기기에서 크기를 줄이며, 연결된 상대방만 볼 수 있습니다.
앱은 사진을 고르거나 찍을 때에만 사진·카메라에 접근하며, 고른 사진 외에는 읽지 않습니다.
- 설치·실행 알림 — 앱을 설치하거나 열 때, 설치마다 새로 만드는 무작위 설치 ID와 앱 버전이
개발자의 운영 모니터링 서버로 전송됩니다. 이 ID는 기기 토큰이나 연결·약속·추억 정보와 연결되지 않으며,
앱 안에서 어떤 기능을 썼는지는 기록하지 않습니다.
위 정보는 개발자가 운영하는 서버(Cloudflare)에 저장됩니다.
2. 수집하지 않는 정보
- 실명, 이메일, 전화번호 등 신원을 직접 식별할 수 있는 정보
- 연락처, 위치 정보, 기기에 저장된 다른 사진·파일
- 광고 식별자(IDFA) — 본 앱에는 광고가 없고, 다른 앱·웹사이트에 걸친 추적을 하지 않습니다
- 외부 분석·광고 도구 — 제3자 분석 SDK 나 광고 SDK 를 쓰지 않습니다
3. 정보의 이용
수집한 정보는 (1) 두 사람의 시간 맞추기, (2) 약속 제안·수락, (3) 추억 보관과 공유, (4) 설치·실행 수 확인에만 쓰이며,
제3자에게 판매하거나 광고에 이용하지 않습니다.
4. 알림
매주 「이번 주는 언제 봄?」 알림은 기기 안에서만 예약되는 로컬 알림이며, 알림을 위해 서버로
보내는 정보는 없습니다. 알림은 iOS 설정 › 알림에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
5. 아동
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 정보의 삭제
내가 남긴 추억은 앱에서 직접 지울 수 있고, 「연결 끊기」로 상대와의 연결을 끝낼 수 있습니다.
앱 홈 화면 아래의 「내 정보 모두 지우기」를 누르면 내가 고른 시간, 내가 남긴 추억과 사진, 초대 코드,
알림 토큰이 서버에서 즉시 지워지고 연결이 끊깁니다. 상대와 함께 잡았던 약속 기록은 상대에게 남을 수 있습니다.
앱에서 지우기가 어려우면 아래 이메일로 요청해 주시기 바랍니다.
기기 토큰은 iOS 키체인에 저장되어 앱을 삭제해도 기기에 남을 수 있지만, 「내 정보 모두 지우기」 이후에는 지워진 정보와 연결되지 않습니다.
7. 방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 수정된 내용과 최종 수정일을 게시합니다.

WHENWE Privacy Policy

WHENWE ("the App") helps two people who already know each other find when
they are both free, then turn that time into a date and a memory. It has no sign-up, login,
or user accounts, and does not identify you by name, email, or phone number.
1. Information we collect
- Device token — a random string created on your device the first time you
open the App. Our server stores only its SHA-256 hash. It is not linked to your real name
or email.
- Language and time zone — your display language and device time zone
(e.g. America/New_York), used to match times correctly when you are in different time zones.
- Connection — the link between two devices connected with an invite code.
- Availability and dates — the times you mark as free, the dates you
propose or accept, and any place name, link or note you add to them. Your connected partner can see them.
- Memories (photo and note) — a photo and note you choose to save. Photos are
resized on your device before upload and are visible only to your connected partner. The
App accesses your photos or camera only when you choose or take a photo, and reads nothing
else.
- Install and launch notices — when you install or open the App, a random install ID
(created fresh for each install) and the app version are sent to the developer's operations monitoring
server. This ID is not linked to your device token or to your connection, dates or memories, and we do
not record which features you use in the App.
This information is stored on a server (Cloudflare) operated by the developer.
2. What we do not collect
- Your real name, email, phone number, or other directly identifying information
- Contacts, location, or any other photos or files on your device
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA) — the App has no ads and does not track you across other
apps or websites
- Third-party analytics or ad tools — the App uses no third-party analytics or ad SDKs
3. How we use information
Only to (1) match your times, (2) propose and accept dates, (3) store and share memories
with your partner, and (4) count installs and launches. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
4. Notifications
The weekly "When are we free this week?" reminder is a local notification scheduled on your
device; nothing is sent to our server for it. You can turn it off any time in iOS
Settings › Notifications.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
6. Deletion
You can delete memories you saved and disconnect from your partner in the App. Tap
"Delete all my data" at the bottom of the home screen to immediately delete your times, the memories
and photos you saved, your invite codes and your notification token from our server, and to end your
connection. Records of dates you made together may remain visible to your partner. If you can't use the
in-app option, email us at the address below. The device token is kept in the iOS Keychain and may stay
on your device even after you delete the App, but after "Delete all my data" it is no longer linked to
the deleted data.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the update and its date on this page.
